OUR BREAD
Along with offering award winning wines, here at Platinum Bench, we offer the unique experience of having an on-site artisan bread bakery. Sour dough starter breads are baked daily and paired with the estate grown wines. Master baker Fiona Duncan is up at dawn getting the days orders filled. Enjoy a Double cream Brie and Pear Preserves Epi with our Pinot Gris or Chardonnay. The baked Sopressata and Swiss Cheese Epi makes a perfect partner to the Gamay Noir and Merlot. For the fuller body Cabs and blends, the baked Gorgonzola & Fig Preserve Epi's are a culinary treat. We also have a full menu of local cheeses and preserves for sale. Food and wine can be enjoyed while lounging in the vineyard, or packed for the road on to your next destination.
